Vice President Administration and Legal Affairs Debi Donoho serves as SBMA's Vice President of Administration and Legal Affairs. Her responsibilities primarily encompass contracts, legal matters, and human resources. Ms. Donoho comes to SBMA with more than 20 years combined experience within the legal and law enforcement fields. From 1998 to 2007, Ms. Donoho served on the Board of Directors of the Missouri Paralegal Association, holding the office of Treasurer four consecutive terms.
